Chantal Johnson, MBA
Chantal is a seasoned career enthusiast and a results-driven Training & Organizational Development Manager that takes pride in helping professionals reach new heights. With over six years of experience in professional development, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals and organizations thrive through strategic career planning, skill development, organizational growth, and optimizing team performance.
She excels at designing and delivering training programs that foster both individual and organizational success and has demonstrated her ability to cultivate high-performing teams through innovative and forward-thinking initiatives. Her people-centric nature is what pushes her to empower individuals to unlock their full potential whether they are looking to navigate a career transition, advance in a current role or develop essential skills that are both effective and transferrable.
As one-half of PBE Career Services, she is eager to expand her influence in talent development with a focus on shaping the next generation of leaders and professionals. Her future goals include elevating their client’s capabilities by creating developmental pathways that nurture talent, drive innovation, and ensure long-term success. Mykeita Trammell, M.Ed.
Mykeita is a dedicated career strategist and dual entrepreneur passionate about helping individuals navigate their professional journeys with confidence. With a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and a master’s in Adult Education from Auburn University, Mykeita combines academic expertise with real-world experience to provide practical, results-driven career guidance.
Before launching a career services business, she spent seven years at Auburn University where she became well versed in human resource and affirmative action practices through her work in the Affirmative Action & Title IX office, coupled with the social media and search committee expertise developed during her time as an Administrator of Academic programs within the College of Education . She previously taught a Special Topics with Learning Strategies course on Navigating Career Pathways, designed to equip freshmen with the necessary tools to leverage their next 4 years and make strategic career decisions.
Now, as the co-founder of PBE Career Services, she utilizes her expertise to help clients refine their resumes, sharpen their interview skills, and unlock new professional opportunities. Whether coaching aspiring entrepreneurs or career climbers, Mykeita is committed and passionate about empowering others to achieve career success with clarity and confidence.
